How much water do you need?
A common guideline is about 30–35 ml of water per kilogram of body weight per day, with extra to replace fluid lost during exercise (roughly 350 ml per 30 minutes of activity). This calculator combines both.
Things that increase your needs
- Hot or humid weather and high altitude.
- Intense or prolonged exercise.
